ABOUT RANDI BENTON

Randi Benton is an attorney in Stratton Family Law’s Nashville office. Originally from California, Randi spent time living in Honolulu before coming to Nashville in 2006. She went on to spend time living in San Francisco and Miami where she earned her degree in Psychology before returning to Nashville to obtain her Law degree.

While in school, Randi worked in Family Law and volunteered with children in foster care through Monroe Harding. She went on to serve as a domestic violence attorney for the Legal Aid Society and a Guardian ad Litem in the Juvenile Court system. Randi’s current practice is focused on private family law matters including divorce, post- divorce, custody, and adoption.

Outside of work, Randi and her Husband enjoy spending time outdoors with their pets hiking and fly fishing, and they support a number of local animal rescue organizations, Tennessee State Parks, Libraries, and Museums.
